In PIB-extra patterns shop we believe that people are the most valuable resource. At this moment, we have near 140 employees in our company,
all of them working in the production as foundry pattern makers. Our technical department consists of 22 technicians working in CAD and CAM software.
In the past few years we have significantly increased the number of employees what can be seen in the chart below.

PIB-extra owners are Biserka and Ivan Petek. Ivan's father also had a foundry
pattern shop since 1970, known as "Modelarija - alatnica Petek" (Pattern and
Tool Shop Petek). After 13 years became foundry pattern shop and tool shop, and
had 16 permanent employees. After the breakup of Yugoslavia, the domestic market
was in really big problems, so in spring of 1997. company had only three
permanent employees. Then pattern shop get new owners, Ivan and Biserka Petek,
what was a new beginning for the company. From 3 employees in 1997, in next four
years its grow to 22 employees, and until today, to 140 foundry pattern makers.
Due to war situation in the Croatian in 90-ies, we opted mostly for export jobs.
The European market has appreciated our efforts, quality and consistency. Today
we are one of the respected European companies.
