Casting patterns production in our pattern shop has several steps. When we receive a request for offer from our customers (e-mail or fax), we in short time (one or two days) make calculation of production and then we are sending a best offer with short delivery time (less than eight days) for making casting pattern in quality defined by the customer.

In 90% of cases with request for offer we receive 2D drawing with “roughly” drawn technology (distribution of pattern, core marks and exchangeable parts, cores...). For our offer is enough to obtain from the customer primary gatting technology.

1. After CAD modeling, our technology department will send to you, from your 2D drawing with “roughly” drawn technology (or from your 3D), new 3D data for complete “3D  review” : casting, pattern, distribution, cores, extra cores, coreboxes… This “3D review” we sending to our customers, the day after order, on their E-Mail in 3D pdf or in exe format for optical control. Then they can see what they want to change or add extra parts.

2. Layout + other important parts (- as an old school - all drawings in coulor and with all measures) - distribution, additions for processing, tapers… sent to customer e-mail (in .dwg or .pdf format) for optical and measure control (they can see all measures from drawing).

In this case our customers can be sure they will get what they want.

3. In three shifts we make patterns for casting and tools for you in a very short time (modern CAM manufacturing). We guarantee our quality. Two days before delivery we are sending by e-mail patterns and coreboxs photos – this is another optical control before delivery.
